What safety & security is provided by your facility?
Our storage facility is fenced-in and well-lit to create a secure storage environment. A single entry/exit point is protected by coded gates so only authorized tenants & personnel have access. 

What storage unit types are available? 
Our location offers various storage unit sizes and uncovered parking spaces suitable for RVs, cars, boats, and other vehicles. 

Is there a requirement for long-term storage? 
East Tyler Storage has unique flexibility with a month-to-month storage lease option. You can store with us as long as you need, and if you ever decide you need to upsize, downsize, or cancel your unit, you can easily make any changes online. 

How can I make payments for my storage bill? 
You can conveniently pay your storage bill online using a debit or credit card. Additionally, we have the option of setting up automatic payments so you'll never need to worry about remembering to make your payments on time. 

What documentation is necessary to rent a unit? 
You will need a valid government-issued ID to rent a unit. All renters must be over the age of 18 to secure a unit rental.

Are there any restrictions on items I can store? 
Items not allowed for storage include perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, or liquids. Additionally, no animals or persons may stay in units overnight.

Do I need to bring my own lock? 
Yes, you will need to provide your own sturdy lock and keep up with the key or combination.  For safety purposes we do not store bolt cutters or spare keys to tenant locks in the facility office.
